Sending Documents from Firm 360 to Juno

Everything you need to know to send documents from Firm 360 to Juno.

If you haven’t connected Juno and Firm 360 please read our Connecting Firm 360 and Juno article prior to following these steps.

Step 1: Select the documents you want to send in Firm 360

  1. Navigate to either the “Documents” page or the “Documents tab within the clients page
  2. Select the documents you want to push to Juno and then select the “gear” icon
  3. In the dropdown select “Send to Juno”
    • If a preparation already exists for this client - the selected documents will be added to that existing preparation.
    • If a preparation does not exists yet - Juno will create one and your documents will be waiting there.

Step 2: Confirm Preparation Details

Before your documents are sent, you will see a screen where you can select the Return Type and Tax Year.

For Individuals:

Before sending to Juno

  1. Confirm the tax year
  2. Confirm the Preparation type

For Business Clients:

  1. Confirm the Tax Year
  2. Confirm the Preparation Type
  3. Enter the Business’ EIN
  4. Select the document type you are sending to Juno. For business preparations Juno requires P&L Statement and Balance Sheet

Step 3: Processing Statuses Update in Firm 360

While documents process in real-time within Juno, processing status will update in Firm 360. Hover over the icon in the “Juno” column and click to get the latest status.

Step 4: Review in Juno

  1. Log in to Juno and open the Preparer Dashboard.
  2. Find the client you pushed documents for and click into their preparation to begin reviewing the extracted data.
  3. Documents process in real-time allowing your team to begin your preparation workflow.
