Confirm with client that they use tax software that Juno integrates with (Drake, CCH Axcess, Lacerte, ProConnect, or UltraTax)

Determine # of Returns

Work with customer to finalize the number of 1040s and number of business returns if applicable

Submit the form

A Juno sales rep will reach out to the customer via email to book a meeting with you (TaxDome CSAM) CC’d for visibility

Let Juno Sales Rep Close the Deal

Juno team will handle quotes, pricing, follow-ups, etc.

Frequently asked questions

Customers get a 7-day free trial that includes 5 free returns to test the platform's limited capabilities.

Every plan includes the full platform: Preparer, Binder, Reviewer, Advisor tools, and all integrations. There are no feature restrictions based on pricing tiers.

Juno integrates with 4 main tax software platforms: UltraTax, Drake, Lacerte, CCH Axcess and ProConnect. Make sure to emphasize this integration capability during sales conversations.

For any questions relevant to Juno sales, please send a message in the #junodome_csam channel.

The price remains intact per tier with no scope for discounts, with the exception of being able to provide free returns as incentives.

Preferred: 25 returns. In exceptional cases, up to 50 returns can be provided.

Team Juno will handle everything from initial contracts to all future upsells and renewals.

Pricing is fixed per tier with no discounting allowed. However, you can offer additional free returns (25 preferred, up to 50 in exceptional cases) as an incentive.

Once payment is received, HubSpot automatically updates the #cha-ching_juno Slack channel, and the Juno team will reach out to the customer within 24-48 hours to begin the onboarding process.

Use the #juno-csam Slack channel for technical questions during the sales process. For post-sale support, customers should contact support@juno.tax directly.

The Juno team handles onboarding personally and can typically get customers fully operational within a few days of contract signing, depending on their integration needs.

Customers can use the chat bubble on their web application to create tickets and ask questions. They can also create tickets by emailing support@juno.tax.
