Today, we’re officially launching the Modern Tax Pros community.
This is something we’ve wanted to build for a long time, because the most valuable part of Juno has never been the software on its own. It’s the conversations that happen around it.
The real questions that come up mid-review. The “is anyone else running into this?” messages during busy season. The workflows firms quietly figure out, then wish they’d had earlier.
Modern Tax Pros is a place to bring those conversations together, so you don’t have to keep solving the same problems in isolation.
Why we built this
If you’re doing this work seriously, you already know how isolating it can be.
Even inside a firm, a lot of decisions get made alone. How to prep faster without cutting corners. How to review without burning people out. How to train staff without slowing everything down. How to stay responsive to clients when everything feels urgent.
Over time, every firm ends up rebuilding its own version of the same systems. Not because that’s the best way to work, but because there hasn’t been a good place to share what actually works.
We built the Modern Tax Pros community to change that.
It’s a space for tax professionals who are in the work right now to learn from each other, share what’s working, and get through busy season with a little more context and a lot less second-guessing.
Who the community is for right now
At launch, the Modern Tax Pros community is for Juno customers only.
That’s intentional.
Right now, the goal is usefulness, not scale. We want this to be a place where you can ask specific questions, see how other firms are using Juno in real life, and have honest conversations without noise.
If you’re an active Juno customer, you’ll be getting an invite to join. Some areas of the community are private and customer-only by design, especially spaces focused on product use, workflows, and feedback.
Over time, this will expand. For now, we’re starting with the people closest to the work.
What you’ll find inside at launch
We’re keeping the first version of the community focused on things that actually help during busy season.
Inside, you’ll find:
Peer discussion spaces Places to ask real questions, share what you’re seeing this season, and learn how other firms are handling similar challenges.
Customer-only areas Private spaces for Juno customers to talk through product questions, best practices, and patterns that show up in day-to-day use. Support still runs through official channels, but this is where context and lived experience live.
Juno Bootcamp Live & on-demand training designed to help you and your team get up to speed quickly. Bootcamp is open to anyone who wants to learn more about how Juno works, whether you’re a customer today or still evaluating.
Direct updates from the Juno team Product updates, future feature requests, and transparency around what we’re building and why. We’re not dropping announcements from a distance. We’re here to listen and learn alongside you.
This is just the starting point. The community will grow over time, but the focus right now is simple. Make tax season more connected, more transparent, and a little easier for the people doing the work.
Not a Juno customer yet? Join our bootcamp
If you’re not a Juno customer yet and you’re reading this, this community is a window into how we think about onboarding and support.
We don’t believe good software stands on its own. It works better when you can see how other firms are using it, learn from real examples, and get answers from people who’ve already been there.
Even though the community itself is customer-only for now, Juno Bootcamp is open to anyone. If you want to understand how Juno fits into real workflows and how firms get value from it, Bootcamp is a good place to start.
What happens next
If you’re a Juno customer, keep an eye out for your invitation to join the Modern Tax Pros community. Once you’re in, you can explore at your own pace and jump in where it’s helpful.
If you’re interested in learning more about Juno, you can sign up for Juno Bootcamp today and see how the product works in practice.
You don’t have to figure this out alone anymore. We’re glad to finally have a place for these conversations, and we’re looking forward to building it with you.
